Need Hood Screw Thread Size

I installed a set of Tein hood dampeners but "lost" one of the hood hinge bolts. I know its a 14mm head but does anyone know the thread size so I can get a replacement without removing one of the remaining bolts?

Here is the genuine part number for Bolt, Hood to Hinge, and under $2.00ea from a Mazda Dealer.
