Rear Shocks absorber

Hey people! I have a 2005 RX-8 and I need to change the rear shocks. Can anyone give me some advise on what brand and where to buy them? Not looking for the cheapest, good quality good price!!!

I'll appreciate your help.

It really depends on what setup you plan on running and what your goals are. But there is plenty of information about the various products offered on here.

They are the original shocks absorbers, I just want to replace them with a similar ones nothing fancy.

I always check out RockAuto: RockAuto Parts Catalog

Their suggested OEM replacement is KYB:

KYB Part # 551116 Gas-A-Just
(Exc. SHINKA Package); Recommended OE Replacement; Rear

$99.89 each

Your local parts store will have many options too. If you aren't lowered, and don't track the car, pretty much anything will work and provide over 50k miles of life.

The KYBs are a great replacement unit for stock. They can handle mild lowering spring setups too.
