I illegally parked at 11 at night and it got towed. My fault I know but they didnt flat bed it and the e-brake was on. What damage could this have caused other than visual damage? I just dont want to be pushed into signing a paper to get the car released that realise that theres a major problem

 

They probably put dollies under the wheels that were still on the ground... I've never seen a tow company dragging a car with the wheels locked...

 

The parking brake only engages the rear wheels. Since the 8 is RWD anyway, they'd drag the front tires. It'll be fine.

I'd be worried about body damages more than anything else.

 

call the insurance company see if they cover it, and maybe a lawsuit if anything is damaged.
even if you were parked in the wrong place doesn't give them the right to damage your vehicle.

 

They apparently smashed the muffler up into the car so the exhaust rattles from hitting something underneather the car. They said i cant prove it was them but I can just take a few hours and fix it but it was a new exhaust. I learned my lesson i guess. Pay people to F your stuff up
