Hey just wanted to give a good guy thread to onlinemazdaparts.com

I ordered a replacement splash guard for my right front wheel well because somehow my original melted.

I received quick shipping but unfortunately I got the wrong side wheel well, as well as it was for a completely different car.

Anyways, I never installed and it and felt out 60.00. I actually forgot about it down in my basement, and never really said much about it until 4 months later.

I emailed him and gave him part/lot # and he quickly responded and said he made a mistake, and immediately sent out the right part the same day.

I really appreciated this because I figured that (by my own fault) I was going to be out the money/part because I waited so long, but instead apologized for the error and sent out the right part.

They could have just as easily asked why I had taken so long to respond and said sorry no way.
