Diagnose my plugs please

I just changed my plugs and wires and took some pics of the plugs. Can someone please tell me what they think about the plugs.

they look nice for an Rx8 plug, put em back in and keep driving! use em in the snowblower!

RX8 plugs don't get any better. You're burning a nice amount of oil and have good combustion.
How many miles on this set of plugs?
