Okay to start off..I did some searching but didnt find my problem anywhere..also not sure if this is in the right area but this is my best idea next to discussion.

The problem: hard shift into 4th..when starting first, second, and third are all smooth but problem every other day of driving when I shift down to 4th is doesnt want to drop in..it feels like it gets hung up on something but I'm not sure..The only way I can get it into 4th is by going to Nutral and basically slamming it to 4th.

Any ideas of what the problem is..and what I may be able to do

Ps. the clutch is smooth all the way down and back up everytime

I have the same thing shifting into 3rd every once in awhile but haven't really investigated it yet...

 

same here for 2nd gear. I'm just extra cautious of the particular gear of issue lol's. Is your clutch and everything stock?

im going to assume so i bought the car about a month ago and the problem came about about week 2 of owning the car..and just moved to phoenix area in apartments so cant really dig in there to easy in general plus the heat is not fun right now..feels stock tho
