I want to make a custom cai like aem & mazdaspeed i live in istanbul and when i bought an aem intake it comes Turkiye for 600 $.

I searched pipe diameter 90mm 3.5 inc but i am not sure i need some tips, i don't want any problem with maf sensor or other suprises.

6063 aluminium pipe and 90 degree is some tips of custom intake like aem & mazdaspeed.. Which aem filter should i buy ?

I need your ideas and experiences, i search custom intakes on forum but not find any brainstorming Thanks.

 

Moving to Aftermarket Performance Modifications


The key points are that you have it as straight as possible for as long as possible, both before and after the MAF. The filter needs to be a high grade paper filter.

Search for intake posts by EricMeyer and read what he has to say, as he has done quite a bit of R+D on custom ones.
