So it seems like this will be one of the Biggest rotary events on the east coast. It would be awesome if we could roll in big. So if your interested in a caravan, post up and lets try to put one together.

I think we should all that want to caravan start posting up our locations(where we're coming from), so then we can create meet spots and pin point stops where we will pick people up along the way.

Well, just bought my RX-8 today, so I guess I can hop on someone's caravan if we can put this together. REV-N-HIGH, I live down in Jackson NJ, but if I go to Rotorfest I'll probably be leaving from my buddies house in Bound Brook, right next to ya. Let's try to get some people together. And keck03, if I'm not mistakin', I-78 isn't too far out of the way if you hop on 287 south to the Bridgewater area. Whacha think? We got three so far?

 

We've already been attempting to organize a caravan on the 7club if you want to join us. We're trying to meet on exits off of the New Jersey Turnpike. Right now my plan was Newburgh->Newark->Cranbury Township->Atco, but if someone can throw in a reasonable exit on the NJT, we can make the stop. I just don't want to stop at EVERY exit ha.

 

why not meet up in a certain rest stop on the turnpike, I live near the toll both on exit 16, there's a rest top just past the toll both.

 

if any of you guys are interested in a meet/bbq/country drive/party check my thread in the ne section. i started it as a feeler but some members are coming. i live between the poconos and scranton. my add and cell are posted there. its this saturday

Molly Pitcher Service area is a service area on the southbound New Jersey Turnpike between exits 8a and 8.

this will be for central nj and the second meet spot for the nyc people coming from the north!

now everbody just needs to agree on a time to meet!

nyc guys get with each other on a time to caravan to the rest stop where we will be at in jersey!!

FROM NORTH JERSEY & NEW YORK

Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 7, Route 206. Take 206 South 15 miles to the Red Lion Circle, after the circle turn right at 2nd traffic light, Medford Lakes Road. Go to the 2nd street and turn left on Oak Shade Road/ Route 534. Go 6 miles to the track.

Where is the first meet up spot for NY people? That would probably be my best bet of catching a caravan seeing as I'm coming from CT

 

I will be driving my FC over. It's gonna be bad cuz it looks like PoS, lol.

Your best bet would probably be Newark. I'll map everything out and make official times in the near future

ok guys if you are in the Newark, Elizabeth ,linden, rahway, Carteret, woodbridge, Edison, new brunswick and any local towns close to route 1. The meet spot will be at lowes new brunswick cinemas on rt1 south. It is just over the bridge on the right. The time will be for 9:30 am! We will depart at 10:00 am to the nj turnpike rest stop between exits 8 and 8a. to meet with the new york and northern area caravans. I feel this is a good and fair time for us to all meet up. And gives a good time for northern and new york caravans to meet with us. If everyone is good with this time start spreading the word!

New york areas if you feel this gives you enough time to meet with the central nj area on the nj turnpike then pass the word! If this time is to early then we will move the meet time to 10:00am at the lowes movie theater. This is posting in both threads in rx7 and rx8 forums! Any questions please feel free to pm me. Sounds good. Now just gotta figure out exactly when and where the NY crew is meeting so I can merge in with that caravan.

 

I'll be there (Woodbridge) - was hoping for Menlo mall since its 2mins away but Loews isn't a bad meeting spot.
