Car is parked, went home and hazard were on

This is weird as hell... My car is currently jacked, no wheels on it and when I came back home tonight, hazard were on.. but not ON like someone pressed the hazard switch.. Had to remove the fuse to make them stop. NOBODY took the car today

Anyone ?
