Radiator Fan - Clicking when spinning manualy - Video attached

Hey all,

when working on the car today, I had access to the radiator fans, so I spun them to make sure they looked OK.

The passenger side spun, no issues, and freely.

The drivers side spun, but had a soft "clicking" sound, and seemed to not spin as long as the passenger side. I did not see anything that was causing it to "click" when spun.

I've attached a video to help further explain. I doubt this is "normal" but I wanted to run it by you guys to get some of your thoughts.

Any help would be great!

Thanks in advance,
Chris

The fan motor is starting to wear out. Mine started chirping when it kicked on and when I spun it by hand, it clicked. You should replace it or you will end up overheating and possibly killing the motor.
