PacificPG in Kent, is better. I've never been to skykart, but PGP is better. A touch more expensive ($10/day + $25/session) but you get a nearly 1 mile track and 48mph karts.

PGP is fun! But they're not open on Tuesdays

You should come out and try Sykart. The current track configuration is a lot of fun, and their karts can get up to about 40MPH.
