Practical upshot is a full fail on the front rotor and a partial fail on the rear.

When you go in to Mazda Warren see if you can get a copy of there numbers to compare.

OH and let us know exactly where you got it done as well ... there is almost a 1000ft difference in altitude between my house and Toronto/Scarborough

Huh? The corrected numbers look fine to me. Factory specs 98.6-120 psi, with 21 psi max difference between chambers and 14 psi max between rotors. Am I missing something?

Note: my new starter cranks at ~325 RPM
Once we normalized the numbers to 250 RPM and adjusted for altitude and dead space we got 96.46, 96.46, 90.86, 99.15, 101.25, 96.95.
4 out of 6 are failing.

WCS and I read the following with the TR-01 v2
107, 107, 102 @ 326 front
109, 111, 107 @ 323 rear

Deadspace
111.2, 111.2, 106.0
113.3, 115.3, 111.2

Altitude
115.8, 115.8, 110.2
117.8, 119.9, 115.6

RPM
96.5, 96.5, 90.9
99.2, 101.3, 97.0

Mazda test - I assume at similar RPM (326, 323)

Mileage is just over 85,000

Front
First test 8.7, 8.6, 8.8 - 123.7, 122.3, 125.1
Second test 8.9, 8.8, 9.0 - 126.6, 125.1, 128.0

Rear
First test 9.4, 9.2, 9.2 - 133.7, 130.9, 130.9
Second test 9.4, 9.1, 9.2 - 133.7, 129.4, 130.9

@250 RPM
Front 106.8, 105.3, 108.2
Rear 114.6, 110.3, 111.8

By their numbers the engine passes...

Back to mods

We have not come up with a solid reason for the large disparity but we are investigating.
