So... long story short

I'm in desperate need of someone from the Sacramento/Davis area to lend me their CAT lol. I have a hi-flow cat installed atm, so when I took the smog test my HC (PPM) readings were too high. My plates are way over due and can't hold the popo away from me for too long so please give me a hand I will try to repay the favor or perhaps offer you some cash hehe.
