Passenger Aluminum Footrest?

I know I've seen this mentioned here a while back, but I searched and cant find a thing. Anyone know where you can get it and cost? Much appreciated.

Also note that appears to be in the left footwell of a RHD car. You'd have to re-engineer to adapt it to a LHD RX-8.
