Best way to run wires from bottom of car to engine bay

What is the best way to run neon light wires to the engine bay?

usually by taking a tool that can be used for the removal of adhesives .... pop off the neon lights .... hastily walk over to the nearest trash barrel, and release said neon lights. I would say that is the best way.

You can PM Zumnrx8, he had/has neons on his RX-8 so he would know the best way to route the wires.

Oh, and neon lights on an RX-8 are lame. Don't be "that guy".
