Due to a mistake on my part I created a major crisis which required me to need a replacement pair of front calipers for the RacingBrake 2-pc brake kit on my 2005 Mazda RX8 in order to be prepared for my rental of a site tomorrow for a private test & tune session. RacingBrake came through by having a pair of calipers hustled out for Same Day Delivery this morning (www.fedexsameday.com) and I just received them in time to install tonight and make the testing session tomorrow. Surprisingly the shipping cost was not much higher than Next Day service.

The true measure of things is in how a critical situation is handled. In my experience not many people or companies would get off their butt and hustle for a customer as I have experienced today. I would like to personally thank Mike Lin/Service Dept and Warren Lin/Owner for making my day in a very big way. After experiencing a series of setbacks and issues trying to get my RX8 prepared for the 2012 competition season I can finally now can see a light at the end of what has been a very long, dark tunnel.

I have racing brake 1 piece slotted front and rear rotors which they guaranteed me would work well with cobalt x2 and x4 pads. Boy howdy they weren't kidding, its stops and wears well.

 

I'll agree on the service. I've worked with Mike and the crew on a variety of inquiries and sales. They're all super helpful, responsive and reasonable.

 

Agreed I love working with RacingBrake, they treat us Vendors/Distributors with the same great customer service. It really is unparallelled in this industry with other companies I have worked with.
