Rear Bumper for single exit exhaust

Not sure if this goes in the appearance or exhuast thread, and my searches turned up empty.

Are there any rear bumpers available with only one exhaust cutout for the S2 R3?

I remember a S2 with a center rear exit exhaust setup. I think the pic is in the JDM pics thread somewhere.
