Im trying out the chrome inserts at the moment but they also came with black inserts but i think all black rims look like steel wheels from far...

 

they just look like cheapo walmart hubcaps if you want me to be brutally honest.

 

Yeah, not feeling the wheels at all. They look like steelies with chrome hubcaps.

If you like them though, more power to you. It's your car.

Opinions is what im here for. If i couldnt take a beating then i would have never posted. I like them because they are different from what i've seen on most rx8's but maybe i went too different

i won't bash since the op seems to be lookin' for an honest opinion.

I'm def not feelin' the wheels, inserts or not.

If it were me, i'd spend some more time researching wheels n' fitment on this forum as well as a couple others for some more info on a better attempt.

I feel the intension was right but the execution was off. I say, save up some money n' shoot for something better later on.

Black inserts and spacers would be better but the rims are still just wrong for the car.

 

i am planning on spacers for the rears at the very least. But i dont mind buying another set of rims. I manage a Goodyear shop so rims are very cheap for me. I'll look into something better, thanks guys

 

It might look sharp if you painted the chrome ones white to match the paint. The chrome is awful. And some side skirts to match your front lip.

 

Really was thinking about that, its a small project that could make it look better.

 

Ugly as hell...seriously. Anyway, put back the oem wheels, it is better for your health...lol

 

What brand are these wheels? I would go with no inserts of the 3 as well.
