I've searched but didn't find much. I just changed oil in near freezing temperature 37F and now car won't start.
Oil was going in slowly so i let it sit for 10-15 minutes and when i tried to start it made some weird noise but didn't start(i didn't think it was like a lawnmower ate a rock), and weird thing was that after i turning key to off i heard something spinning. Any ideas?

 

Sounds like the battery got too low, try a boost or put it on a charger.

Obviously changing oil at 'near freezing' happens all the time and has no relation to starting.

 

battery is good it was tested 3 weeks ago or so, could it be because oil was very cold? I turn the key and oil pressure doesn't go up

 

It is almost impossible to diagnose "a weird noise but didn't start" remotely via the internet. Could be the starter, could be your interpretation of something else....

 

Before you changed the oil, was the motor running , as in did you warm the oil first or when was the last time the motor was running. Cold weather zaps the energy from a battery pretty quickly. I wouldn't worry about the battery test 3 weeks ago, test it now. Its not an oil gauge per se, more like a switch, mine wont move just by spinning the engine on the key until it fires.

 

it sounded like if it was starting but then immediately quit. Starter was replaced within 2 weeks. So far i got heater blowing hot air to oil pan and trying to start it sometimes. Since its kinda tight around oil filter, is it possible to disconnect something really important? I looked at spark plugs and wires to them, looked fine, although i've never noticed how spark plugs were showing between the block and wire boot.

I drove the car all day, but parked for couple hours after which i started to move it to the garage and shut it off. Everything was fine at that point.

 

After trying to start couple of times check engine light flashes

 

Ahh, seeing as its cold where you are, the motor would have been cold too after sitting for a couple of hours, now be honest, how long did the motor run from the time you started it till you put it in the garage ?

Just as a precaution, as a process of elimination, pull the spark plugs to see if it may be flooded, if they are wet, then I suggest a de-flood , thats about all I can suggest, as Pete says, without seeing or hearing in person it is difficult to diagnose.

I tried jumping the car with other car, same affect. That noise after i turn the key off kinda scares me

 

The noise sounds like your air pump, if you lift the hood, its the cylindrical black thing just below and in front of the windscreen washer fluid container, there is an electrical connector about 4" from it, unplug that and see if the noise is still there.

the general prognosis is simple; either not enough fuel, not enough ignition, or flooded

finding the root cause may or may not be

I believe it is flooded (never happen to me before so not sure), i searched Deflooding DIY and Spark plug change DIY
so far i pulled only rear rotor bottom plug and it was WET, almost to the point the fuel was dripping off of it.
I tried to take a picture of it but it evaporated by then

The OP had several concerns, we were eliminating them one at a time, then of course you just had to chime in with your obligatory expertise , where I prefer not to just call him a Noob and tell him to search, we weren't all conceived with the work shop manual up our ****. The man doesn't seem to know much, and instead of being a harsh sour *****, I tried to assist him the best I could. Did you see post #11, it mentions flooding. I didn't say the oil or air pump would cause a non start, maybe take your own advice and read before offer pseudo comments. Have a great day .

My original reply was directed at the OP and not you. I did none of that and your replies here to me are just as nonsensical as what you posted in the MM bad guy thread a bit ago

 

OK, now that I hear examples of the issue, it sounds like there is little or no compression cycle rhythm. This could mean a worn engine with low compression, or a flooded engine that has washed the oil film out of the apex seals resulting in lower compression, or both.

I would try deflooding procedures....

 

I did deflooding, it started really hard and it keeps starting really hard. I think i will seafoam it again.
