Recently I bought a REmedy oil pressure increase regulator and he called me to make sure where to ship it since there was a confusion, and I even asked last second for 1-day air and he got it to me the next day.

Great guy and would do business with him a again!

 

+1, I have bought both small (water pump etc) and big parts (transmission) from him.
Let's say that I received the transmission in 7 days, pretty neat considering where I live!
It also took 40 minutes to open the crate.

Give Paul all the credit he deserves, he really rocks.
