yea the other thread kind of died off. I never got time, but i was going to order a set of hinges like these... off a voyager i think? they probably wouldnt be too hard to mount with a little thought and wiring skills... nobody has just tackled the project yet I think. These are about 50 bucks each on ebay all day long

Doubtful.

But back on topic I have thought about doing this but just never have gone through with it. Too many other projects.

The back side windows are too small to be powered, but what the heck, if you want it, then do it. Anyway, update us with pictures when you get it done.

You want help? It's "AN *******", not "A *******". This kind of thing (use of the indefinite article) is normally taught by second or third grade ...

ah..I wouldnt think they are too small to be powered. That pic I posted has everything included (motor, arm, etc) It may not look amazing when attached to the inside of the window, and you may see a motor on the black trim behind it.. but who looks, or even sits in the backseat anyway?

I understand. All i'm saying is, its a small window with a small opening. Why bother installing it and it only opens a small opening. Anyway, i'm not saying its not worth it, but its a cool device for the lazies...jk, lol

ha, well put... yea I would say its the lazy, cool factor if anything.

The smaller versions are off a plymouth voyager. Just do a google search for voyager rear vent window motor. Theres a million for sale.

The problem is that there is awfully little space for the motor if you want the end result to look professional, which would mean to mount it under the interior trim panel. It would be hard to find a motor that fits. Even those smaller Voyager motors seem to be too big for this.
