CA Boosted Auto recomendations

8Club,

Did a search but only saw a couple Auto Turbo makers like Greddy, RE and Mazsport. Didn't see a sticky with various venders and their reviews either.

Please post a recommended turbo site for Auto boosted 8s as well as local shops in San Diego that can do the install.

The only shop I know of is Jeff's shop, the one in Chula Vista near long john silvers but would like to hear recomendations.

Thanks

^i'm not familiar with the san diego area however Neptune Speed in huntington beach, Rotary Reliability in Costa Mesa and JRX up in the SGV are all pretty knowledgable shops in CA that might be able to help you out.

HOWEVER...

if you would like to hang out n' learn more from these shops as well as other reputable tuners both on this forum n' not on this forum....SEVENSTOCK 14 is THIS SATURDAY. You can come out n' see your options in person

Links are in my signature

p.s. mazsport is out of business.

Totally forgot about that. Unfortunatly I won't be back from Afghan until December. I was hoping my sister could hook the car up for me. Maybe I will have her go instead. I'll check out your links and dates.

The day I wrote this thread, the car overheated due to busted overflow tank. I"m sure the engine is down hill from here on out and probably not suitable for a turbo.

Thanks for the suggestions.

over heating once will not kill this engine unless she drove for a long time with no water.

by the way if your sister is driving your car, you may want to
have her to get on here and see how to better take care of
it for you until you get home.
