They are rarely posted up used. You can get them from Mazdamaniac.com brand new though, with a steep discount on the calibration service if purchased at the same time as the AP. The AP with just the base maps isn't all that useful to an RX-8 unless you know how to tune the car yourself.

It's like buying a wrench. It's a tool. You can use it to break things or fix things or improve things.

you would have to find someone capable of tuning the car. either way, whether you buy MM tuning or not, you are going to have to buy tuning from someone

If you buy an AP, you have a few choices:
- Learn to tune it yourself on your own car with no help taking all the risks of damaging your engine
- Learn to tune it yourself on your own car but with knowledge help of MM from his online tuning courses
- Find a shop that knows how to tune on an AccessPORT AND knows the Renesis engine (just "rotaries" doesn't even work), and pay them $500+ to tune your 8
- Buy MM's calibration service for $100 when you buy the AP from him
- Buy MM's calibration service for $300 when you buy the AP from someone else.

Anything else, and you might as well leave the AP in it's box collecting dust.
