I replaced my original cat when I replaced my engine at around 81,000 miles so that I would have a clean slate. This is my old Mazda OEM catalytic converter/resonator.

Full disclosure: It has fairly high mileage, so probably has only 20-40k miles left in it (no guarantee). There is physical damage to the bottom side which appears to affect only the outer-most metal skin. The inner case and honeycomb appear to be fully intact. One stud for the oxygen sensor shield is missing.

This would be a good, cheap, semi-temporary fix for a daily driver or to swap with your mid-pipe when need be. When removed, it was fully functional. It has never shown signs of failure and has never caused a CEL. Price does not include shipping.
