I don't have the DVD with it. You don't need it though. The USB cable was replaced with the reel type. Works better IMO

I believe in giving folks the benefit of the doubt. He may have had reasons he couldn't respond sooner. Friday it is; no response, I'll sell it. It will be reposted probably Saturday.
