Looking for some sort of kit or something to use for the radio to connect to my iphone. i DO NOT want an fm transmitter or anything like that. The sound quality is usually pretty $hitty.

I have a grom adapter i bought couple of months ago, now i'm upgrading my whole system. I'm selling both my bose system with adapter for 150.

 

Mazda makes one for your car. I had one on my last 8, but I didnt care for the operation of it all (it works through your stock radio) so I haven't bought one for my current 8. I think the best way to do it is to upgrade your head unit with something that is Ipod compatable. Just my $.02, though.

 

dont you have to change out the whole stock display setup though? i kinda like the way the glossy back setup looks.

I'm pretty certain you can get the Metra kit in piano black. I do LOVE piano black in our cars. I even wrapped the silver beams on the center console in it.
