who would be in for a meet to round off the summer? any suggestions from anyone on a time and place?

 

Brand new member as of yesterday, picked up my 05 RX8 today. I'd be very interested in attending a meet. I do live in Airdrie but it's pretty quick to get to Cowtown, especially in the 8. LOL

I'm really new to all this so I'm not sure on average how many folk show up to these sorts of things or where would be best. Chinook mall has a pretty big front lot, as well as Deerfoot Outlet mall. I've seen a couple Miata meets at Deerfoot, and obviously it's pretty easy to get to.

I'll keep checking the thread for info.

Another place I didn't even think to mention is Crossiron Mills. More space there than anywhere else I think.

Sunday's are bad for me cause I work overnight weekends. I know most people prefer to meet on weekends though so if it was something that happened a bit later in the afternoon on a Sunday or Saturday I might be able to make it. I don't start work until 6:30 depending on location it might be doable for around 2 or 3 ish.
