Car wont crank!

I torn my drive belt that is on the alternator when i rev it to 9k while driving on wed and didnt find out i had a torn belt until yesterday. I was on my way home yesterday and i was driving on the highway at 70mph. Then the car shut off without any warning signs or noises. So i pulled over and tried to start the car the engine wont even crank over. so today i replaced both belts and it still wouldnt crank. i also swap batteries and still wouldn't crank. every accessories work and it just doesnt want to start. so please help me! Thanks!

You have to reset you ESS sensor by doing the 20 brake pedal stomp. Quick search will turn up the procedure.

Test your battery. You can do multimeter, or light.

Multimeter: if below 11 volts, get a new battery, or charge that one.

Light: Turn on your headlights. If you have a good battery, they should NOT dim significantly in 5 minutes. If your battery is bad, they'll dim significantly. It's best to do this test at night.

If those check out, open your fuse boxes and check for blown fuses. Check inside the vehicle and the fuse panel under the hood. If you tried jumping your vehicle, it may have blown some fuses.

If all is good, then it may be something with your car's computer, or mechanical. Consult another poster.

Also, make sure your battery connections are clean & tight.
