Alright I have go through 4 exhaust pieces now because i keep burning through the packing (OE, Greddy SP2, HKS HiPower, RB DR MP). That and my mid pipe is garbage thanks to burned up packing as well...yea my RB DR MP rattles like a sob past 6,000 rpms.

I know BHR has a all metal resonator...however I am not only interested in all metal resonators...I am more interested in all metal mufflers.

I did some searches and now my eyes are numb.

Has anyone had any luck with any mufflers that have NO packing at all in them? I have seen some mufflers that have replaceable packing...but i see many exhaust leaks in time from those mufflers.

tl;dr who knows of a good all metal muffler/resonator that isnt offered by BHR?

 

Why don't you email Charles directly? There are many brands that offer all-metal silencers and resonators, the problem is their design. Without packing the design is even more important and finding a nice tone is a tough task.
