What kind of rotors come with the R3? When looking on line seems they differ them by trim, such as sport or grand touring, but I don't see it for R3.

OEM Genuine there is no difference...there was for Series 1 between trim levels..

The 09-2011 Series II R3 and GT (Grand Touring in the USA) still have the same Front Brakes.
Rear are all the same for Series 2.

Called the "Sports Suspension"...

F160-33-251A Front Disc Rotors
F152-26-251A Rear Disc's

The 5 speed model sold in the UK (no longer) had the smaller front brake set up.
