Pulled the springs off of my 04 GT last week when I installed Bilstein shocks and springs from an R3. I'm asking $80 + Shipping. If you really need to see pics I can take some and send them...but all 4 are in great condition.

just wondering but are these a step up or down from the shinka series I cause i want something stiffer that offers less body roll but i dont want to drop my car low like the Teins etc????^^^^GLWS

They are the same.
The only difference I believe with the shinka is the Bilstein shocks and the suspension cross member was injected with urethane foam.
