Sounds like the side seal 'O' rings are damaged, probably from overheating.

Did you recently buy it like this?

The plugs are prolly fouled from digesting the sludge. When the oil gets hot, the water/coolant boils off and ends up in the intake.

Have you worked on a rotary engine before? I am curious on if "i have to strip the whole engine" means you yourself, or finding someone to do it. Regardless, chances are if the engine has taken some abuse, you may want to fix/replace other things while you are in there.

no i havent worked on a rotary engine before,, yes i want to do it myself as much as possible,, the car has covered 131,000 kilometeres,, and guys when i say loads of this mixed crap i mean loads came out of the airbox,,,

also my car has s231 badge on the boot dosent look genuine to me but maybee it is,, dunno,,, whats a easy way to check what bhp the engine is, without trawling the web,,

ahh someone just told me More than likely a water-oil heat exchanger has ruptured. You'll also need to carry out some extensive cleaning, as the oil will damage rubber hoses and clog up the radiator very badly.

whats that where is it,, ?? thanks for all the help btw,,
