the last two coils pictured look a little questionable to me.

 

You cant tell if a coil is bad with stains like that. It is most likely from contacting the bracket with moisture (doesnt effect performance). If a coil really was arcing, the spots would be much bigger and whiter. Almost like a splat of white paint.
