RX8Club is formally invited FSC West Car Show! - August 27th
I've been asked to help promote this mixed car meet so lets see how many RX-8's we can get to help represent the Rotary Revolution.
I know a few of us have already registered for the event / show.
Currently Registered to Attend:
It's Official! FSC West is booked and registration is now open and we want the Mazdas!
Here is the basic info:

What: The 2011 Ford Sport Compact (FSC) West Car Show
When: Saturday, August 27th, 2011 from 11am to 3:30pm
Where: Ventura Harbor Village - Main Lawn -

Why: Just because.
How much?: FREE

Additional information on this meet:
yes yes, we're all aware that the RX-7 & RX-8's weren't 'made' by FMC but Ford was a partner to Mazda for a long time so the invite has been made to us in honor and recognition of that.
Now lets show up and show these Ford guys what's up!
Car Show Categories Explained
Stance - It's all about how low, wide, poke, and stretch. If you're don't know what Stance is, then you probably don't have it.
Street Mild - Most cars can fit into this category. A few mods here and there, perhaps an intake, exhaust, tint, wheel, drop springs. Or perhaps
your car looks stock on the outside but you've got the stereo that and subs to vibrate California into the Pacific Ocean. This is your category.
Street Aggressive - Cars that are easily spotted as a modified car. Perhaps you take it to the track on occasion, but still drive it on a regular
basis. On top of the standard bolt-ons, this is where forced induction comes in as well as custom paint, but is not necessary.
Street Wild - Lambo doors, crazy graphics, UnderGlow, Air bags, Altezza style tail lights. Basically if your car looks like it could have been in one
of the first Fast and the Furious movies.
Race / Track - Is your car on the track more than the street? Is you car even allowed on the street? Gutted interiors, plastic windows, open
exhausts ect.
Vendor - There is no check box for this category. This is a competition between vendor display vehicles. Winner is viewers choice.

This is the first show of its type celebrating ALL sport compact cars made by the Ford Motor Company including, but limited to, The Ford Focus, Fiesta, Escort, Festiva, Contour, ZX2, Mercury Cougar, Tracer, Mystique, Mazda 3, 2, Miata, RX7, RX8, and Volvo C30.
Show categories include Stance, Street Mild, Street Wild, Track, Best in Show/Viewers Choice, and OMG. Bring your spare OEM and After-market parts for the swap meet and bring your super clean car for free professional photos by Rush Photography. Afterwards, a trip up to Rusty's Pizza in Downtown Ventura for some great food and a trip back for a bonfire on the beach.

And why didn't danny get the memo about having the "Turbo" trim and not simply the Grand Touring package...I think after as much work as he's put into his car he deserves to have the "Turbo" package trim.

Konig probably should have gone aggressive due to the turboz and Danny must have put Grand Touring to creep up on the competition. They'll never see him coming!
