I recently bought a 2004 rx8 that has a salvage title because of hail damage. Car was owned by 35 yo lady one owner. Car has had a engine change at 40,000 miles. Damage is very light and rest of car is in good shape. Car has 141000 miles, automatic, leather heated seats, all stock. Car wouldnt atart so I offered 2000 and she accepted. After reading post on here of not starting I pulled fuel fuse and it started fine after five mins of working with it. I put a new raditor in the car also. So my question is what is the car worth? I have 2300 in it now but it very clean for the age and has new tires. I would like to keep it but I dont need it. Also I put a new battery in it. Arizona goes through batteries. Is it resonable to think I could get 5000 for it. I know salvage title hurts but in this case its only cosmetic.
