so i just bought a 2005 rx8 shinka and was just wondering in other opinon if i made a good choice on the car i paid 7800 for the car with 72000 on it it is completely unmodded 100% stock so what all can i do to this car and shinka is the same as grand touring right??? and what do i have that the next guy dont thank you

 

thats a really cheap price for a shinka.

 

well i live in southeren idaho i wanted something that no one realy had here but i drove to utah to get it and it has a 6 speed manual are they good tranys in these cars sry for the noob questions i have never built a mazda

 

well, the shinka should have all the GT stuff plus the improved suspension parts.

I have an 05 with 32k miles right now. I paid 19k with 9k miles then. I think i paid just right because of the low mileage. Anyway, good luck with your shinka.

 

A lot of cars are sold as Shinka's that are actually just Black GT's.
A Shinka ( this 2005 was the first year) is Black Cherry in color. It should show up as a deep purple color especially at night under the lights. It had foam filled frame members. I believe it also came with Bilsein Shocks, rather than the oem tokico's.
Later year models were available in different special colors.
