NY Complete Greddy Turbo Kit + Extras

Category: Engine - Power Adders
Price: $3000
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part Fits (you may select multiples): Series I
Location (US State/Canada/Int): NY
Item Condition: Used

SOLD

For sale I have a complete Greddy turbo kit + extra supporting parts. I had this kit professionally installed and uninstalled at Speed 1 formally known as KDR Performance. The kit has about 8,000 miles of use and there is no "in and out" shaft play. I only ran the boost at 5psi and the car has never been on the track so this kit was not abused.

Here is the list of parts:

Greddy Turbo Kit (With Fix#2).
Greddy E Manage Ultimate EMS Rx-8 Upgrade Kit.
Greddy E Manage Pressure Sensor + Pressure Sensor Harness.

Here are all the parts I purchased in addition to the turbo kit:

Greddy E Manage Air/Fuel Harness.
Greddy E Manage USB Port Harness.
Greddy Type RS BOV.
Greddy Type RS Recirculating Fitting.
Spectre Intake Air Filter.
HTS Silicone Couplers, (Replaced Greddy’s Couplers).
Flexfab Silicone Oil Return Line (extra included).
NGK Spark Plugs, 5255 bur9eqp.
Nitrous Funnel Jet .049, to restrict oil flow into the turbo.

I'm asking $3,000 - the buyer is responsible for shipping & PayPal fees. If your local feel free to come by and check it out. Please PM me if you would like to make a reasonable offer.

Everything is included to bolt this kit on and be up and running. I'm not looking to part this kit out. If you have any questions please feel free to send me a PM.

Thank You

Have any up close photos of the internals of the turbo?

Getting a new engine so this is back on the top of my list of things to do to my car.

Here are a few pictures of the compressor wheels. There is no "in and out" shaft play. There is very slight "side to side" play.

A few members have asked. From what I understand this is considered to be a normal amount of "side to side" play. When there is oil running through there it will fill the space between the bearing and the shaft. Maybe someone else can chime in.

Side to side play is normal, in and out play is not.

The install isn't too bad, I helped a friend install one. It's much easier to do when the car is on a lift. Also there are a lot of good build threads that you can use for reference. The most important part is tuning.

I decided to get the kit professionally installed because I didn't have accesses to a garage at the time so I would have had to do the install outside in my driveway.
