weird noise from the rear wheels when i brake (no its not because of the brake pads)

i have an 04 AT 8 and i just replaced all 4 brake pads a week or so ago. i'm now getting a screeching noise from the front brakes and a really weird clunking noise from the back ones. the noise could also be describes as a spring noise. it happens whenever i brake no matter what speed. also as i was changing the brake pads i noticed one of the back rotors being really loose when i take off the wheel. could anyone gives me some ideas on what it could be before i take it to a mechanic.

-Thank You

made sure they were secured tonight. they felt pretty tight. and another thing i found out is that i am getting uneven brake pad wear on the inner back pads.
