yes it does, sadly that's why i lost interest in shipping it out to avoid that whole conflict out of past experience even though I did recieve my money back via paypal dispute

oh ok. well like i said if you ship, i would be glad to buy now! i have a bunch of money because i was saving for a new kawasaki ninja zx6r, but decided against it and upgrade he car instead. so if you trust me enough to ship i will take it! im no scam, i can assure you! i have a great ebay score if you want to check there lol

I can paypal you and I don't care how long you take to ship it as I have the car apart for the next month or so. PLUS I am only about 3 hours away if you are nervous but its more cost effective to ship it. Can paypal you asap.
