Rear license plate nut fell

CRAP! Really don't want to remove the bumper.. I don't care how easy it is. Do you guys think this will work?

That's the kind of thing people use when the original nut takes a dive into unknown parts. That one looks square, but the page shows a round one in the related parts below. Try to find one that will work in the stock hole.

The first nut fell off when I bought the car. The second nut became dislodged behind the bumper today.. I have no idea how I am going to get the plate off now but I am definitely picking these up tomorrow.

If the screw just turns and turns, drill the head off. I had that happen on my Accord when I was getting it ready for a charity to pick it up.

What a pain in the ***. In the end I resorted to un-clipping the top part of the bumper, stuck in a 13mm socket with an extension and jut the "nut" into it so it wouldn't move while I spun the screw on the outside.
