TX Planned mods for the Texas8 2011?

For me it's new wheels (you will have to wait and see which ), 18 x 9.5 +40, and I just got new 245/40 -18 Raptis WR-1 tires. Next is sway bars front and rear, endlinks, coilovers (endura tech or stance), and secondary radiator.

Nice guys, I will be picking up sways soon and I am still debating on which coilovers. Having Hoss-05's Stance in hand makes me want them but on the other hand I want to get something different.

I got my HKS off and the 2010 GT stock exhaust on in the meantime until I decide which exhaust i want. I'll get the tips adjusted to fit the shrouds tomorrow. It's so weird driving a quiet 8 again even though I still have the BHR pipe on.

Well, I only have small things but they are big to me because I havent modded anything since my eclipse years ago. I will have a new enginer (thanks to the old one blowing 2 months after I bought the car), clear corners with LED lights, LED parking white lights instead of amber, front and back rotary chrome emblems on the lower bumpers, intake, modified exhaust tips (dont want a full exhaust because I want no sound so got bigger tips for look and happy with it), eyelids, and rotary volume ****. I am also getting new rims at the beginning of March with my tax money. I know all this isnt big to you guys but just little things I have already picked up here and there with having a wife and 2 kids lol. Also will have windows tinted by then as well...going 5%.

Mixed results with the thermostat... They begin showing signs of rust pretty early. Not too sure how that will affect operation, but just an observation.

On top of that I'm hoping to have new suspension next weekend, new headlights are in hand, going to do the lamin-x then install them, going to pull my tail lights and do the same. I've got some issue with my trunk mounted monitors that needs attention, either I'll just leave them in and not use them or i'll have them replaced by then with any luck. I'm trying to make this run for sure, have not booked a room or anything yet as until my car gets the suspension done I don't feel comfortable committing, might try and pick up 2 new rear tires before then too. Hoping to see everyone out there, I hated missing the last one, hopefully this year will be different.

I did some searching and couldnt find anything out about the rust issues. in my research I did however come across some interesting info like temp spikes. I think I may hold off on the t'stat and just go with the water pump. (all this coming from the guy with no undertrey)
