Finally ordered it.....but questions...

So I went ahead and ordered the Esmeril raicing turbo kit (62mm) with the microtech plug and play ems tonight. From what I read the ems will come preprogrammed? Anybody have anymore info on this besides what the websites say? Anyone running this kit? Anymore info will be appreciated. And how long did it take from order to delivery?
Thanks!!!!!

You will need to get it tuned. Given the issues that many people had with that computer it would be wiser to adopt another system. If you want something cheap that's still an upgrade somehow get the hks f-con vpro, if budget isn't an issue have fun exploring the standalone universe!
Good luck with your build!

use F-Con V Pro like bse50 suggested. the latest I think is 3.22 ? get it tuned at a HKS pro shop.

base map is a starting point, not an end result.
you still need tuning

Sweet thanks I just need something to limp it over the running shop for a tune. I'm guessing they put it on a 10psi setting?

Because I asked
How long it took others to receive their kit and if it comes with a base map warrants that I've never worked on any car before right? Sweet, awesome logic....mods please delete this post....don't want anyone searching and being misled by my stupidity........

more specifically because you appear to have little knowledge of the product you've bought. i dont know you or anything about you. but historically things dont tend to end well when thats the case.

personally I hope you do well with it. there's few examples in the limelight about this kit, and even fewer since they got off their *** and fixed the original incpetions of the design. we could stand to have a decent example of it out here

you can always call Esmeril and ask them their input. I'm sure Chris will be happy to answer your questions.
