different brand tires

ok so i bought the car used and the cheap dealership put new Eagle RS-A's on the front two wheels and didnt put any on the back
In the rear there is 1 bridgestone potenza with NO tread and a no name brand semi slick racing tire!
i cant even take a turn on a drizzly day goin faster than 10 mph without losing complete control of the back
now i need new tires but since im a full time student and only work little hours on the weekends i dont really have money to replace all 4 tires, i know the RS-A's suck and dont wanna get 2 more of them because they suck in dry and wet and dont even get me started on the snow and ice. But for now i can only change the two rear tires, i was looking at CONTINENTAL DWS tires for the rear wheels
Is this a bad idea or is it not that bad other than the whole i cant rotate my tires thing.
I just dont want to spin out every turn i take and feel like im drifting to the side going 70+ on the highway with barely any water on the road.
also what would 25mm wheel spacers in the back do for me since im running stock 18x8's
someone suggested it would give me a somewhat aggressive look, or atleast something different than what i have now
also would it be possible to put 245 instead of 225? would that work

edit: read somewhere on the forum that ur abs or dsc light might come on due to some kind of speed difference?

will it help me turn with new tires on the back or is it bad no matter what
i dont think im gonna understeer cuz i dont drive that fast on turns
my problem now is that ill turn slowly on a rainy day (or the day after) like 5 mph and not have enough power to make it so i have to use more power and the rear tires spin out

not sure about dsc light turning on because i've never done this but on other cars i've had 2 different brand tires front and back with no problems, you would probably want the tire with more grip on the rear. Don't run spacers, just another part that could cause problems. Just save money for new rims.

You can put 245s on stock wheels but if your just getting tires to make it more managable, i'd just get the same size as your eagles for balance's sake
