High is a subjective term, it really depends on how deep your pocket is.
If you can't afford $1550, you are free to pm him your offer, but please do not trash people FS thread for saying the price is HIGH.

I personally own RGII, I think the price is reasonable.
I just hate how people low ball with no respect.

However, he is from Pakistan. I doubt he wants to pay for the shipping.

So 1550-155 = $1395

hmm I am going to assume you meant within 20% cause that is not even within 15%.
