Is it ok to run my auto with it catless? Does anyone know if it would mess up the engine in any way?

 

lol no. it wont mess up your engine. youll get a bad exhaust smell if your windows are open, and your car will have a nicee rasp to it.

 

Kill the cat, you'll enjoy the car more.

 

I have an 04 Autotradgic...

I put on a Agency Power dual resonator pipe in replacemnt of the cat.

It's a bit louder from 3 to 4 thousamd rpm, and "raspy" ... other than that area of the power band, it's not much different... just sounds good. :-)

I have also changed my ecu map with an cobb access port to make it run like it should... It is now not as crazy rich, as you don't need to cool a cat down with fuel. ;-)

I pop flames with my high flow cat. I noticed it the first time like a week ago. I was driving at night and my car backfired (which is typical since I put the new pipe and exhaust on) I saw a blue flash reflect off of a near by building as I accelerated. My buddy was behind me at the time. When we got back to my house he told me that the car did indeed throw flames.

 

What high flow cat u got ?

 

I hear there is a catless midpipe that doesn't sound raspy that works great!
