Soo...

As usual it was nice seeing Rick and Scottish as usual, and meet 3 new people. I was there from 1-4pm and we only had 5 rx8's.... From a list of 14 people we only had 5. I can see why Rick went and bought an RX7, they have the decency to show up when they put their name down on the list. I used to bring my camera to the meets to take pics of 8's and stuff, but now I dont even bother lol.

Iunno guys should we try to get club back on track?

join date dont mean anything... it comitment, and keeping your word towards others. Join date or post count dont really mean much when it comes to meets and showing up...

Yea, another **** poor showing for the 8's. Should have bought my 8 so the guys who showed up didn't feel so lonely. LOL

Funny however that the list only contained members with a join date between 2009 and 2010 with one member representing 2008.

I would have followed Scottish and Rxeckless down from my house, but I had made plans already. I would have gotten there and had to turn back to come home.

 

I should have bought my 8 as well, lol......

The RX-7's came out full force.

I would've showed up, but I was busy tunning the FD. Finally!! Started at 10am and didn't finish till 5:15pm.
There was no time to do anything else.
I was thinking of dropping by and checking it out for a short bit, but we were too busy trying to get the thing sorted out.

I'm happy to report the car is now ready for primetime.

And if you checked, I didn't put my name down because I knew it was going to be next to impossible to show up especially after I knew it was going to take a long time to get that car sorted out.

At least I saw the majority of the guys on Sat.

I'm up for the next meet. If the weather is nice, I'll bring down the FD!

look at the sign up sheep if my number are correct we have a better turnout that the 7's they had almost 40 people say they were coming......there was definetly not 40 7's there....we did pretty good lol...PS what was the dude with the CF from lips name??? i forgot and i want one of those babys on my 40th

I believe Jim counted 59 cars at one point, then people start to come and go after that, so I am sure there are more than 40 RX-7s shown up........

I showed up but in my bros Honda fit so ya I probably added to this fail. Said hi to a couple ppl tho.. that was about it..

 

I was at Mosport watching DRIFTMANIA champions! So fun! Also saw Al's truck/car there again too...

 

inflated numbers bro....serious i wasn in that lot didnt see even 45 cars to my eyes....

At least you guys get numbers. the meets in windsor usually consist of 3-5 rx8ers with 1 or 2 no shows.
We do actually have a winter meet though, no end of the year in southpoint!
