Does Dr. Colorchip work..if so how well you ask? Review with pics/videos here.

I am documenting my experience with dr. colorchip because every thread i've found a user says "i bought the dr. colorchip kit and will post pics when its finished" and they do not deliver.

I however, do deliver.

i'd definately do that over repainting the entire front end! i just had the rear panel, rear door, and passenger door repainted and it ran me 500 bucks.. they wanted 1400 to do the entire car....this works so well for so cheap im still amazed

Yo wats good im in Houston too and i jus got done talking to a Porshe owner who used Dr. Color chip and he said it worked too.

the results video was kinda hard to clearly see the finished product. Can you post the same hi-res pics of the finished sections so we can see the difference?

I'm tempted. My chips are starting to annoy me. Wonder how it does with the silver. Almost anything looks better than raw chippage, though.

Ok, I'm gonna try it. Couldn't be worse than what I'm looking at, and it seems better than the touch-up crap.

I have a Toyota Corolla that has a very long scratch. The color is black pearl. Will this product (Dr. Colorchip) remove the scratch that is maybe down to the metal in some places? The scratch is narrow. Is there a better product on the market? Thanks!

You can't remove a scratch if it's down to the metal. Can only make it look less noticeable. Since it's down to the metal you will need many coats to get it to even out with the surrounding area.

Someone keyed the passenger door of my car the day after I got laid off from my previous job back in 2010. I still haven't gotten around to getting the key-scratch fixed. It's not rusting, so the galvanizing and/or the primer are still intact. Will this stuff stick to un-primed metal, in case that's all that's left?
