New Here :)

Hey everyone! I forgot to formally introduce myself to this wonderful community... Names Ty and I just bought my 2004 RX-8 a few weeks ago. Only mods are K&N Typhoon CAI System and Exhaust system. Looking forward to learning a lot of stuff about these amazing cars!
Quick question... My car shoots flames from regular driving and shifting. What kind of exhaust would most likely be on here? I realize there are tons of systems you can get... just wondering if anyone has any suggestions? Thanks a lot everyone!

yup got it from joe at first force but he couldn't give it to me for the same price as you got it for.he told me that he f@#K up large on your deal he ended up eating alot of taxes and fees but i still got it cheaper than buying direct from turbo XS weird. plus the free pipe too which i cut up and rebuilt.

I feel bad for him, but it wasnt my fault. he said 507.85, and I said 500cash and he said ok. So i dunno where he messed up. But for anyone who wants this exhaust, get it from him!

Does your tips get dirty fast and discolor? I have to polish mine every week! And does yours have TurboXS stamped on the muffler canister? cause mine doesnt. But i did have a stamp on the pipe

about 10 minutes of driving after polishing they start to change colour but thats because i have no cat which is normal for a motor that burns oil more than a piston one.the reason for your tips having to get polished every week is because the stock exhaust is way more restrictive of air flow so it holds on to the oil vapours in the silencer.the turbo XS flows air way better than stock so the vapors are pushed out causing your tips to discolour faster than the stock tips.

make any sense?

nothing that mothers metal and aluminium polish cant fix.

no stamp on the silencers but on the flange of the mid pipe.

not sure im buying your logic. if the turbo xs flowed that much more than our super restrictive stock exhaust system you think you would get more of hp increase.

OK ive removed the word 'WAY' from the post and replaced with 'A LITTLE'.

just dino'd my car, shot a 191 whp so you do get a hp increase, Not much but some.

Was thinking of getting the turbo-xs exhaust from First Force. About how much did you guys pay? Their site is quoting $638 w/o tax.
