Premium Gas Prices WTF?

I'm I the only one who has notice but since the HST Premium Gas (91) is now about 16 cents a liter more than regular, it use to be 12 and 16 for 94 octane.

WTF, HST should not affect the different between the two gas prices. What Gives!

They've been steadily raising the delta between regular and premium for the last two years. What was once 10 cents premium per litre is now 16 cents or more depending on where you go

I was in the states last Thursday... Premium there is 20 cents per GALLON higher! (5.3 cents per litre) We are getting ripped off big time!

These guys all know how to gauge the public.
It's unfortunate how some companies are not afraid of stealing from the public.

hmmmm... I haven't put gas in since the HST started. How much did it go up?
No matter, HST benefits me being a business owner - saving me money which I will pass onto the consumer....... har har.

Pioneer is also only 11C more than regular. Combined with their bonus bucks program they're a great value for gas.

I was up at the cottage and gas prices were very low. There was an ultramar with particularly low prices. 87 was 94.7 on Thursday!

$1.18/L is $4.46 a gallon. Silly Americans and your non-metric system.

I think many are missing the point, the point is the widening of the delta between regular and premium.
What use to be 10 cents a liter less that six months ago is now 14 to 18 cents a liter. WTF. Dark you got it!

Premium is 8¢/L more than regular over here in Quebec. I think it used to be 6¢. The base price is higher here than in Ontario. This means we're about equal (people using premium) but everyone else is getting screwed here (using regular).

Some gas station even charge 9-10¢ more without people noticing...

I pay... actually I never check. I just go to the cheapest Mobil station in town and pump away.

Y'all remember when the prices were up to like $4.60 or something a gallon? That was right around the time I thought the world was going to end.

You guys are whiny babies man. You gotta buy gas, end of story. No one cares how much you complain, especially the major oil and gas companies. Euro gas prices are double to triple our canadian prices depending on where you go, and in most cases, the population doesn't make half the money we make. A lot of cars in Serbia run on propane

There is simply no justification that we have to pay $0.14 more for premium vs. regular in Ontario. It seems that everywhere else the difference is closer to $0.06 per liter

Write nasty letters to the oil companies and to the politicians; Time to get this rip-off addressed!
