Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series Pics
Me, Omar (NYC_Driftking) and a few rotor friends went this past sunday, and it was awesome.
Standings
1 SpeedSource / Mazda RX-8
2 SpeedSource / Mazda RX-8
3 SpeedSource / Mazda RX-8
4 Dempsey Racing / Mazda RX-8
5 Turner Motorsport / BMW M6
6 Magnus Racing / Porsche GT3
7 Stevenson Motorsports / Camaro GT.R
8 Racers Edge Motorsports / Mazda RX-8
At the rate the 8's are going I see another Rotary Race car getting banned
It was good meeting you guys... for those that didnt go, heres what you missed

but it was the whole day, which was kinda hard...LOL...sorry...
This makes me very nervous... Because I know Porsche will bitch and moan, so will others... if not a complete BAN there will deffinately be another handicap given to other cars or the 8's will be detuned....

It's sadly ironic that just as the 8 is thoroughly race-developed and consistantly winning - Mazda cancels production.
But those are some awesome pictures - esp the fire shooting ones - and the engine bay sneak peeks!

^^^ Well technically it's not even an 8... it shares almost nothing with the 8 besides shape and a rotary engine, but you know that, and I get what your saying...

Awesome finish for the Speedsource and Dempsey Teams.
Did you hear the interview with Jan Magnussen (Camaro) describing
Lally's driving style when Lally was a lap down and trying to get
some points, knocking cars around and such. Jan was pissed off.
Don't understand why they took Laguna Seca off the schedule this
year. The closest race is Salt Lake for me. That's a 12 hour drive.
